Potassium Broth
Use young carrots with their tops, spinach leaves and stems, chopped-up celery, including leaves, parsley, cabĀbage and other green vegetables, as available and as fresh as possible. Chop finely, cover with water and simmer gently in a covered saucepan for about thirty minutes. Squeeze out or strain and flavour to taste.
